Who is
Dr. Campbell?
Dr. Kimeka is an Executive Consultant, Talk Show Host, and Community Activist in Central PA. She is also a dynamic and responsive community leader in Harrisburg City. She’s been working behind the scenes to strengthen and amplify the positive reach and impact of Black voices in Harrisburg since 2015.
Professionally, Dr. Kimeka currently does Political, Healthcare Operations, and Non-Profit consulting across the US. Formerly, Dr. Kimeka served as the Revenue Cycle Director at Hamilton Health Center, a multicultural, multilingual, family-friendly, community health care center in Harrisburg, Pa providing Medical, Dental, and Behavioral primary health care services to individuals, regardless of their income status.
In addition, she is the Co-Founder of Young Professionals of Color--Greater Harrisburg with Basir Vincent, her husband. This organization creates community for the Black and Brown professional collective in the Greater Harrisburg, PA area by empowering professionals of color to identify what they need to thrive within the community. YPOC provides quarterly leadership workshops, social spaces to connect community members, networking opportunities for professionals, and social service projects like the Adopt-a-Classroom program that fundraises to provide teachers with grants. The YPOC has been serving the community for the last seven years! The latest community-building success of the YPOC is Juneteenth HBG, Harrisburg's premiere Emancipation Celebration. In 2022, Dr. Kimeka led the collaborative leadership effort to create the largest Juneteenth Celebration that the Capitol Region has ever seen.
